Anti-Static
Polyurethane Ethers, Polyurethane Esters, Polyethylene foams, and Green Cell Foam™ are available with this added feature. This material is typically colored pink and is formulated to eliminate the generation or transmission of static charge during transit and handling of sensitive electronic parts. It can be die cut, contour cut, convoluted, laminated, and compression cut to order. Common uses are electronic part mailers, circuit board positioners, and assembly trays. Conductive
Available as a black Crosslink PE foam product, conductive foam is intended to provide enhanced protection to sensitive electronic parts, printed circuit boards, even pin insertions as well as other highly electrically sensitive equipment. It does not crumble or generate particulates, a common problem with many other mechanically impregnated conductive materials. Conductive foam die cuts cleanly and can be incorporated into internal product distribution and assembly totes.
